Project Report

The report contains all the necessary details of the project such as the introduction, process description, process flow diagram, costing analysis, conclusion and recommendation.

Excel File

The file contains all the calculations made in excel to balance the whole system. This also has the block flow diagram, assumptions used and its proof, costing analysis and the process data sheet.

Personal Design Logbook

Each member has their own personal design log book to note the details that they learned throughout the project. This will also include their manual calculations they have done and the assigned parts that they have covered.

Manual Calculation

The calculation of energy balance on all of the units were calculated manually. This includes the major units and the auxiliaries needed for the plant.

  • Had a meeting to finalize the BFD and energy requirement

  • Had a brief regarding to report format 

  • Updated the BFD and adding the suitable auxiliaries and divided the tasks to find and do some research regarding the types of auxiliary
