introduction

There have been numerous of ammonia production plants all over the world. The major reason is to supply the demand of ammonia needed for fertilizer production, textile industry, and in various industries. As the world continues to move forward, more chemical plants that are more efficient and eco-friendly are needed to address the demand.

Ammonia Production

Haber-Bosch Process

Haber-Bosch Process

Haber’s process which is also known as Haber - Bosch process or Synthetic Ammonia process is a process that fixes nitrogen with hydrogen to produce ammonia. This process is a critical part in the manufacture of plant fertilizers as it is considered by many scientists and scholars to be one of the most important technological advances of the 20th century. This group has been assigned to produce ammonia using Haber-Bosch Process.
